Abstract

Android 17 represents a significant shift in Google’s approach to platform adaptability and optimization, especially for large screen devices including tablets, foldables, and Chrome OS systems. This paper reviews the architectural changes, interface paradigms, and development tools integrated in Android 17 to support responsive design, performance efficiency, and better user experiences on varied screen sizes.
