Abstract: This Paper demonstrate the performance comparison of two artificial neural network (ANN) base techniques Levenberg-Marquardt and Radial basis function network for classification of planning of right hand movement with respect to an awake relax state. In this study data was collected from 10 healthy subjects. Wavelet packet transform (WPT) was used for Feature extraction of the relevant electroencephalogram (EEG) signals.
