This paper provides an economic analysis of supply chain management in the post-pandemic era. It examines how organizations adapt to new economic realities by enhancing resilience, improving cost efficiency, and adopting innovative technologies. The study highlights the role of digital integration, diversified sourcing, and agile logistics in ensuring continuity and competitiveness. Findings indicate that robust supply chain management strategies are critical for sustainable economic performance in the post-pandemic world.
