This paper explores the relationship between corporate governance practices and firm performance, analyzing the mechanisms through which governance influences efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. By examining governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and board structures, this study highlights the significant role governance plays in enhancing firm value and long-term performance in competitive markets.
