Abstract:-The economic evaluation of drug therapies plays a pivotal role in healthcare decision-making, ensuring that limited resources are allocated efficiently. This paper provides an overview of the key methodologies used in economic evaluations of drug therapies and highlights their significance in guiding healthcare policies. Additionally, it discusses various factors influencing the economic assessment of drug therapies, such as cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and the societal perspective. The paper also presents case studies and examples to illustrate the practical application of economic evaluation in healthcare decision-making.
