Abstract:-The advent of nanotechnology in oncology has marked a paradigm shift in cancer therapy and diagnostics, promising more precise, efficient, and less invasive treatment modalities. This paper explores the significant advancements and innovations brought about by the integration of nanotechnology in cancer care. It highlights how nanoparticles and nanostructures have revolutionized drug delivery systems, enabling targeted therapy that specifically addresses cancer cells while minimizing damage to healthy tissue. Furthermore, it underscores the transformative role of nanotechnology in cancer diagnostics, particularly in early detection and precise imaging. Through a comprehensive review of recent research findings, this paper provides a detailed examination of the current state and future potential of nanotechnology in oncology.
