As pharmaceutical interventions continue to evolve, the need for robust monitoring and reporting systems for ADRs becomes paramount. This paper reviews the current landscape of ADR monitoring and reporting, emphasizing the importance of early detection, accurate documentation, and streamlined reporting processes. Additionally, the paper explores the role of technology, collaboration, and regulatory frameworks in enhancing ADR surveillance and ensuring patient safety.
