Improving Pediatric Nursing Practices Through Innovative Technologies

Abstract: The integration of innovative technologies in pediatric nursing is revolutionizing healthcare delivery for children. This paper explores the latest technological advancements and their impact on pediatric nursing practices. From electronic health records (EHRs) to telehealth and wearable devices, the incorporation of technology has enhanced patient care, improved outcomes, and increased efficiency. This study reviews various technologies and their applications in pediatric nursing, highlighting the benefits and challenges. Additionally, it examines the role of nursing informatics and training in ensuring effective implementation and utilization of these technologies. The findings suggest that while technology presents numerous advantages, challenges such as data privacy, cost, and training need to be addressed to maximize its potential in pediatric nursing.
