Mechatronic integration combines mechanical systems, electronics, control engineering, and computer technologies to achieve efficient, precise, and flexible manufacturing processes. This paper reviews the recent developments in mechatronic integration for automated production lines, focusing on system architecture, control strategies, sensor technologies, and human-robot collaboration. The study also highlights the challenges faced during implementation, including synchronization, system complexity, and maintenance concerns. Finally, future perspectives on smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0 compatibility, and predictive maintenance are discussed.
