Abstract


Educational leadership has witnessed significant transformation with the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. AI-enhanced decisionmaking offers educational leaders new avenues to make informed, timely, and evidence-based decisions. This paper explores the role of AI in shaping decision-making processes within educational institutions, highlighting key technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing. The review emphasizes how AI facilitates resource allocation, student performance tracking, curriculum design, and strategic planning while addressing challenges including ethical concerns, data privacy, and human-AI collaboration.
