Exploring Methods and Technologies for Natural Product Extraction and Isolation: Harnessing Bioactive Compounds

Abstract: Natural products have long been a source of bioactive compounds with diverse applications in pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and industry. The importance of characterizing these compounds through various analytical techniques is emphasized. Furthermore, the paper examines the broad spectrum of applications, including pharmaceuticals, medicine, cosmetics, and agriculture, where bioactive compounds derived from natural products have made significant contributions. Challenges and limitations in the field are addressed, and emerging technologies and sustainable practices are discussed. The paper concludes by highlighting the critical role of natural product extraction and isolation in various industries and research fields and identifies potential future directions for advancements in this important field.
