Abstract: Infertility is a complex condition that affects many women globally, leading to physical, emotional, and social distress. This paper reviews the Ayurvedic management of infertility within the context of Stree Rog (women's diseases), focusing on therapeutic approaches, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle recommendations. By analyzing traditional practices and current challenges, this study aims to shed light on the effectiveness of Ayurvedic methods in enhancing female reproductive health. The findings suggest that integrating Ayurvedic principles with modern medical practices could provide a holistic solution for managing infertility.
