Efficacy of Panchakarma Treatments in Stree Rog for Menstrual and Reproductive Health

Abstract: Panchakarma, a cornerstone of Ayurvedic medicine, encompasses a set of detoxification and rejuvenation therapies aimed at restoring balance within the body. This paper examines the efficacy of Panchakarma treatments in managing menstrual disorders and enhancing reproductive health in women. Through a detailed review of Ayurvedic texts and case studies, the paper highlights specific Panchakarma therapies such as Vamana, Virechana, Basti, and Nasya, analyzing their clinical applications and benefits for women's health.
