The study is grounded in a meta-analysis of industry reports, academic research, and real-world case studies of companies that have adopted Agile practices Key benefits identified include improved project visibility, faster delivery cycles, and enhanced adaptability to changing requirements. However, the paper also highlights significant challenges such as scope creep, inconsistent stakeholder involvement, and difficulties in scaling Agile practices for large, distributed teams. The research provides guidelines for successful Agile implementation and discusses tools that support Agile workflows, including JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
