Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being integrated into mechanical systems to optimize machining operations. This paper investigates the application of AI technologies, such as machine learning and neural networks, in enhancing the efficiency and precision of machining processes. The study explores how AI-driven systems can predict tool wear, optimize cutting parameters, and improve process stability. By analyzing various industrial case studies, the paper demonstrates the transformative impact of AI on the machining industry, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges associated with AI integration.
