Community-Based Nursing Interventions: A Comprehensive Research Perspective on Rural and Underserved Populations
Abstract
Community-based nursing interventions play a critical role in addressing healthcare disparities in rural and underserved populations. These populations often face numerous challenges, including limited access to healthcare services, socioeconomic barriers, and geographic isolation. This paper explores a comprehensive research perspective on community-based nursing interventions, focusing on their significance, implementation, challenges, and future scope. By examining various models and outcomes associated with these interventions, the paper highlights the transformative role of nurses as frontline agents in promoting health equity and community resilience. It also sheds light on collaborative models, culturally sensitive approaches, and policy implications necessary to advance nursing practices in these vulnerable communities.
