Abstract: The practice of surgery within Ayurveda, particularly through the lens of Vidhi Vaidyaka, has evolved significantly, emphasizing the necessity of a patient-centric approach. This paper explores personalized care strategies in Ayurvedic surgical procedures, detailing how individual patient characteristics can be integrated into treatment plans. By analyzing various aspects of Vidhi Vaidyaka, this study demonstrates that tailored interventions not only enhance surgical outcomes but also improve patient satisfaction. The findings reveal that understanding patient history, constitution (Prakriti), and psychological factors can lead to more effective surgical practices and better recovery trajectories.
