Abstract
In a volatile and unpredictable business environment, organizational agility has become a strategic necessity for firms aiming to maintain a competitive advantage. Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) plays a critical role in cultivating this agility by aligning human capital practices with dynamic market needs. It investigates the synergistic relationship between HR strategies and agile capabilities such as responsiveness, proactiveness, and resilience.
