Nurses play a pivotal role in managing pandemics, acting as frontline healthcare providers, educators, and coordinators. This paper explores the role of nurses in pandemic preparedness and response, highlighting their contributions in surveillance, patient care, infection control, and community awareness. It also examines the challenges faced by nurses and the importance of training, infrastructure, and policy support. The study emphasizes the need for strengthening nursing capacity to ensure effective pandemic management and improved health outcomes.
