Abstract : Homeopathy has emerged as a potential complementary therapy for managing diabetes mellitus, offering individualized treatment approaches that aim to improve glycemic control and patient satisfaction. This paper reviews current literature on the efficacy of homeopathic remedies such as Syzygium jambolanum and Gymnema sylvestre in regulating blood sugar levels and enhancing insulin sensitivity. Despite methodological challenges and skepticism within the medical community, studies indicate promising outcomes in terms of reducing diabetic complications and improving overall well-being. Integration of homeopathy with conventional diabetes care presents opportunities for comprehensive patient management. Further research is needed to establish rigorous evidence and mechanisms underlying homeopathic treatments in diabetes mellitus.
