Abstract : Revenue management is a crucial aspect of the hospitality industry, enabling hotels to maximize profitability through strategic pricing and inventory control. This paper delves into various revenue management strategies and their effectiveness in different market conditions. By analyzing data from multiple hotels, we identify key practices such as dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and market segmentation that contribute to optimal revenue performance. The study also examines the role of technology in enhancing revenue management capabilities. Our findings reveal that hotels employing sophisticated revenue management techniques achieve higher occupancy rates and increased revenue per available room (RevPAR). The paper provides actionable insights for hotel managers on implementing effective revenue management strategies.
