Abstract : This paper examines the use of homeopathic healing in pediatric care, focusing on its efficacy, safety, and clinical applications. A review of literature and clinical studies was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies in addressing common pediatric conditions, such as respiratory infections, allergies, and behavioral issues. The analysis encompasses randomized trials, cohort studies, and case reports to provide a comprehensive overview of homeopathy's role in pediatric healthcare. The findings suggest that homeopathic treatments may offer safe and effective alternatives for children, with positive outcomes observed in symptom relief and overall health improvement. However, further research is needed to establish definitive guidelines for integrating homeopathy into pediatric practice.
