Abstract : This paper critically examines the evolving methodologies and techniques in contemporary homeopathic practice. Homeopathy, a system of alternative medicine founded in the late 18th century by Samuel Hahnemann, has undergone significant transformation over the past decades. The paper explores the integration of modern diagnostic tools, the use of advanced technology for remedy preparation, and the incorporation of holistic and personalized treatment approaches. Emphasis is placed on the paradigm shift from traditional single-remedy prescriptions to complex prescribing and the use of combination remedies. The review also highlights the role of recent research in validating homeopathic principles and the increasing trend of integrating homeopathy with conventional medicine for a complementary approach to patient care. The potential benefits and limitations of these contemporary approaches are analyzed, alongside a discussion on the future directions for homeopathic practice.
