Abstract : Homeopathy, a system of alternative medicine, has long been a topic of debate within the medical community. Despite skepticism from many healthcare professionals, numerous clinical trials and meta-analyses have been conducted to evaluate its efficacy and safety. This paper reviews recent clinical trials and meta-analyses on homeopathy, analyzing their methodologies, results, and implications for evidence-based practice. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of current research to better inform both practitioners and patients.
